Welcome to our home in Las Palmas! Casa G&T is a bright and spacious apartment with an enclosed balcony facing West, looking onto a quiet pedestrian street with neighbourhood cafes and restaurants. It is newly renovated with all modern facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen with quality pans and implements, including a Bialetti Italian coffee maker, and a comfortable private bathroom with a large shower. There is a lot of natural light in the apartment, and everything you need to relax and enjoy your holiday. Beach towels and a Pétanque set are provided as well!

There is a private bedroom with a comfortable double bed, new mattress, linens and towels. In the living room there is a large double sofa bed, which also sleeps two people very comfortably. We have a home cinema projector set up with Netflix and Amazon, so you can watch great movies or your favourite shows in the evening. We have super fast fibre broadband with WiFi, so you can stream films and conduct high quality video calls, as well as any work that needs doing.

We are just next to the beach, four minutes walk - in particular, the best zone of the beach, which is sheltered for swimming and snorkelling, with lifeguards and accessible showers and toilets. All the shops, bars and restaurants you can need are just by the apartment, and we are five minutes walk from Santa Catalina bus station, so you will not waste any time. We have a washing machine, and near the windows a washing line that you can pull from the wall to hang your laundry.

The apartment is on the third floor with a lift, and there is an accessible ramp at the front of the building, so that the apartment is accessible without steps, although the lifts are quite compact.

We spent five years staying in other apartments on our holidays in Las Palmas before we decided to make our holiday home here, and we have renovated the apartment with everything that we could want for a great holiday.
